Bravo Anthony Paradis : I was pleased to see an all-around and musical skater win this ! At only 14, such musical connection is quite special. He is super fast and smooth across the ice. Hopefully he gets the 3a and some quads soon His spins are wonderful (though I am not a fan of Biellmann for men..)

Also : he is coached by Yvan Desjardins who also trained Joseph and Nicolas. Clearly a coach who knows how to make all-around skaters.

Interesting point from Desjardins in the interview : of course, they knew Anthony has the performance and skating abilities to do well. However, they were aiming to participate in the novice decision as he is 14 and only developing the harder tricks. However, they felt he had more chances to compete within the junior division because of covid so they decided to do so. Anthony is learning the triple axel and some quads as well.
