Dear lord no. Ha ha. My first job after grad school was working at ASCAP, even older music, re-recorded has rights for the publisher, arrangement, musicians and so on. Most entities pay a blanket fee per year, but every country is different, and that is part of the problem.Isn’t much of the music used by skaters in the public domain? I wouldn’t think that all of it is under copyright.
