I updated the OP with the list of participants. The order is according to the Russian alphabet so that having Kamila at the top place has nothing to do with her being the best 
I would like to apologize in advance if some of my translations are different from those that you may find elsewhere. Also, I won't link the skaters' bios to their names unless this is going to be done elsewhere. Then I would be happy to post a respective link in the OP.
I also removed from the OP some analysis that is irrelevant now that we have certain WD.

I know the feeling. I'd love to go to Canada for Worlds one day, but it's the same travel difficulties.I would love to go see RusNats one day, but even without Covid, itβs not easy.

Iβm still beating myself up for choosing Montrealβs WC over Tallinnβs JWC in 2020, but I will give a shot to Montreal in 2024. I really hope that JWC in 2023 wonβt get cancelled, because itβs like a dream come true to have it n Calgary!
But yeah, RusNats and Junior RusNats would have been so nice, but omg, what I need to do to get to Russia is too much.

Does any think that quads ban in short program for the women should be removed in the next cycle of figure skating or next Olympics ?
